This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
When processing an order, we screen all received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorised or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order for whatsoever reason (at our sole discretion). If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided (or use your email address) to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses for whatsoever reason (at our sole discretion). We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorised or illegal activity.

We endeavour to process orders within 24 working hours of receipt, with delivery within 7 working days. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends, and orders placed on Friday after 5 pm, New Zealand time, or Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of New Zealand.
DELIVERY & HANDLING
Business Days: Monday - Friday (excluding New Zealand Public Holidays) from 9 am to 5 pm New Zealand time.
Delivery charges are based on order totals and mybeautystore.com offers free shipping on orders over $25.00 (oversized orders or rural orders may incur a freight charge please contact our customer services team and enquire). Standard delivery takes approximately 3 - 7 business days.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
mybeautystore.com accepts payment by DPS
- For security reasons you're billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment.
- mybeautystore.com cannot process any credit card with a delivery address outside of New Zealand.
- All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
- Any payment by credit card or debit card must be paid to and received by mybeautystore.com before the order to which such payment shall be accepted by mybeautystore.com and deliver thereof commenced.
mybeautystore.com is required by law to collect sales tax in the form of GST which is included in all our prices
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please keep in mind that we are unable to exchange or refund stock if your colour choice is incorrect, please choose your colour option carefully, thank you.
mybeautystore.com would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return any products for any reason, you must apply in writing to mybeautystore.com (customer services) within 14 days from the date you receive such products. If you fail to seek consent to return the products within that period of time (time being of the essence) you will be conclusively deemed to have accepted the products and mybeautystore.com shall not incur any subsequent liability in respect thereof.
If mybeautystore.com gives its written consent for the return of the products, the products must be returned together with a credit claim which quotes: the mybeautystore.com invoice number, the date of delivery of the products, and the name of the customer services representative of mybeautystore.com who approved the return, and the reason for the return. If you comply with the foregoing, mybeautystore.com may, at its own discretion entirely:
- Give a credit to you for the products which have been correctly returned in the same condition and packaging in which they were dispatched (subject to a charge for reasonable costs where products were ordered incorrectly); or
- Subject to any express warranty given by mybeautystore.com, to provide replacement products. In the event that the above provisions are not strictly complied with, mybeautystore.com will return such products to you at your expense. We are unable to refund any freight charges, and for reasons of hygiene, cannot replace or refund goods if they have been opened or the seals have been broken, unless they are faulty. We do not exchange or refund goods for the reason of change of mind.

myrewards terms & conditions
1. Upon creating a my account within the mybeautystore.com website it is deemed acceptance by you of these myrewards terms and conditions, these may be amended by My Beauty Store Ltd ('mybeautystore.com') from time to time.
2. Whenever you purchase products on mybeautystore.com you will gain myrewards points based on the amount you spend, to do so you must create a myaccount and be logged in at time of purchase, the amount you need to spend over the points you receive may vary time to time. Please check the website for up to date spend required and the points you will receive depending on your spend. It is important that you keep your personal details on your myaccount up to date.
3. Your myrewards points will be stored in your myaccount for 12 months from the date you received them, they will expire 12 months after the date they were earned. To view your myrewards points login to your myaccount.
4. Points do not have any value until they are used in our mybeautystore.com myrewards page, all myrewards products must be accompanied by a purchase before you can add your myreward to your shopping cart. My rewards points cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged for gift cards, transferred to another person or used on other products outside of those shown on the myrewards page. The myrewards products available in the myrewards redeem window 200, 400 and 600 may vary from time to time and we cannot guarantee your rewards choice will be available upon checkout.
5. With accordance to mybeautystore.com returns/exchange policy, if you return a product or we credit a product the myrewards points received within that transaction will be deducted from your myrewards points balance and those myrewards points will be removed.
6. mybeautystore.com does not accept any responsibility for the loss or miss use of your password to your account or the attempt from others outside of our control to use your myrewards points. It is in your best interest that you agree not to disclose your password to any other person.
7. myrewards points can only be recorded once you create your myaccount, and upon your purchase your myrewards points will be shown. Mybeautystore.com does not take any responsibility if you have forgotten to login to your myaccount prior to completing a purchase and we cannot allocate myrewards points after a transaction has been processed.
8. Mybeautystore.com may amend these terms and conditions from time to time and may remove products that are eligible to be redeemed using your accumulated myrewards points, the myrewards programme may be terminated at any time without notice to you. In the event the myrewards programme is terminated, mybeautystore.com reserves the right to cancel all myrewards points accrued by you. However, all myrewards points which have been earnt prior to the date of termination may be available for use.
9. To redeem your myrewards points you must login to your myaccount and choose from the myrewards frames, to use your myrewards points you must have a minimum of 200 myrewards points, you may choose to accumulate these and save them up to reach the rewards 400 or 600 frame rewards, once you have achieved a myrewards redeemable level you can only add the myrewards redeemed gift to your shopping cart with a mybeautystore.com purchase. At any level of the myrewards redeemable levels you will only be deducted the level of points shown in the myrewards frames, if you have remaining myrewards points these will remain in your myaccount until you use them or until they expire.

vip club terms & conditions
- Status points are calculated from the date of your first purchase to earn status points you are required to set up a mybeautystore.com account and purchase using your mybeautystore.com registered account name and details.
- Upon your 6 month anniversary from your first order we will then allocate you with your achieved status rewards, your account will then return to zero dollars spent with us, and your next 6 month status will start again from your first order after your last status anniversary.
- If you were unsuccessful at reaching a status you will not be eligible to receive status rewards.
- We can not transfer purchases between accounts or allocated rewards vouchers.
- It is the customers sole responsibility to enter their correct mybeautystore.com account details at check out, we are unable to add purchases or points to accounts or reverse orders placed once the order is placed and processed.
